Absolute hole not worth the money

Stayed here to having no internet to find decent accomodation the guy from shuttle transfer place recommended this hostel and rang then for me they quoted $60 USD per night for penthouse apartment ...then on arrival changed it to $70 us per night at this point and it being so late at night after a long moderately heated discussion over the price change we stayed anyway .
room was gross stank of mold, as it had not been aired out and only 1 small window would open... bedroom was very small hardly any room to get between bed and tv, sheets didnt feel fresh pillows hard and not fresh smelling, bad nights sleep got money back for second nights stay after we got into room they wouldnt give me the cash that night even though i went down 20 mins after i had arrived.. guy at reception promised to in the morning however in the morning they said they would only refund card payment through visa couldnt wait to get out of this place to be honest.
we moved to a hostel @45 USD per night room was %100 better and alot cheaper....wish i could have looked on internet prior as i would have got alot of better value for money.

Extremely considerate staff that made our stay a pleasant experience. Good facilities. Good localization, close to everything you should need. It is a cost effective choice.Certainly I will recommend to my friends.
Small changes will change this to 4 star hotel

This is a well located hotel near the Courtyard by Marriott. It is close to the Benivedes Metropolitan station (4 blocks), an excellent large supermarket with good prices, and multiple very good restaurants (Social at the Hilton, Sabrias on La Paz, Pardo's for good braised chicken and at nearly Park Kennedy where you will find a multitude of fast food outlets (subway, Kentucky Fried Chicken) and a load of smaller restaurants.
We stayed in #502 which was a large (600sqft) one bedroom suite with kitchen, microwave and large refridgerator. The kitchen and living room had hardwood floors but unfortunately the bedroom had an old, somewhat smelly carpet that, if replaced, would greatly improve the suite. At nite the suite is quiet if you keep the windows and bathroom door closed. There is an air conditioner in the bedroom. The TV, which works well (many english channels), is strangely mounted in the bedroom so when one party goes to bed the other cannot watch TV. The TV should definitely be moved to the living room/dining room area. Wifi is good.
The staff are very good and very helpful. The breakfast staff is very good and serves a nice hot meal to order (from 4 menus). Tip: no water is provided as all of the room beverages and snacks are provided at extra cost. We simplely bought our own at the supermarket.
To recap: very good staff, excellent Miraflores location, but somewhat lacking room. We would consider staying again but hope the hotel reads this and changes the rug and moves the TV to a more useable location(many english channels).

The hotel staff is great and are always attentive to your needs. The hotel is in a great location, near most of Miraflores' attractions and great restaurants. It is also close to several grocery stores, ATMs, and bus stations. The breakfast is always great and the amount is more than enough. The people there are very friendly, it was a great stay!
I cant way to be back at the hotel!!

I stayed at suites service hotel when I visited Peru, the service is always outstanding! Some people maybe has changed their welcoming after so many times and years seeing me but that does not matter to me since the facility and comfort with the quality of service is what best feeds my needs.
I am coming back again this December 23 for 6 nights and even although I was given 40% offer from my rewards programs I have through my airline, I am staying here at suite service again.
The only thing that I would suggest would be.. To the hotel to have a frequent loyalty program or any type of rewards programs which it would be more promoting for us as a frequent guests.
Overall:
Staff, service and comfort are the best!!
