It is a absolute dump
Not worth a dime and trip advisor should take them out of the websites. Breakfast was cooked by 2 young boys so filthy.
Manager was so rude 2 single beds for couples and a mattress on the floor for a 10 yrs old child $90 + taxes for a dump like that we were caught out so badly hope this doesn't happen to other families with kids...trip advisor please take them out of your website have proof of this dump if you need it...

Lovely ambience & supporting staff..location is best part .
Only 5 mins walk from sands & palm beach resort where we can hang till 1 am they handle our kid with toys..
Hotel have parking , we have taken scooty from vendor in front of hotel at rs 250 only

Nice place to stay with friends and family. Spacious rooms with refrigerator. I liked the way they take care of their guests. Their are many nearby hangout spots and beaches. Close to bars and pubs. Laundry service is also good

I stayed here for 4 nights was happy with the room condition and all but only concern was services would have been better like water bottle was not provided post room cleaning, low quality food at restaurant etc etc ...
Pros : 1) Hotel maintenance
2) Near to Sinquerlim beach and Aguda fort
3) Pool was in good shape
Cons : 1) Restaurant service
2) Feasible check in and checkout time
3) Facilities post room cleaning
Recommend for friends but not for family and couples ...

This hotel is good for the people finding average budget hotel.
Hotel is very near to candolim beach. Rooms are average and service is not good.
You will not get great break fast hear, every day you are getting bread and butter.
if you are with family then please i will not recommending this hotel.
you are never find any person at reception.
