Is very near to Station but Room size is very small with good interior. Hotel room and area is also very clean. Food is little expensive. Bathroom have bath tub facility. Overall Average experience in this hotel.

This must be one of the filthiest (if not THE filthiest) place i have ever stayed in my life, and i am a world wide traveler. Everything is molded, linens are to last threads and stained, drains are blocked and carpet are sticky.
Do not be fooled by the facade nor low prices of this hotel, because it is just not worth it.
Also be sure to AVOID the so called SPA, which takes it to another level of filthiness.

We got a suit very easily, staff was good. The environment is very pleasant, also they help us a lot finding the places.Food is awesome and we got almost everything there.The hotel is very big as it seen in pics and easily available.

We had booked in advance so got a good deal and it was totally value for money. The inhouse Carrots and Celery was just okay, I have had much better buffets outside. Our room was well made and serviced, but I did not like the location as it is on the busy road even though it is near to the airport and Koregaon Park. Overall, we had a satisfying stay. May come again if I get a good deal!

Sun n sand is located in band garden in pune. The rooms was ok but not class. The food was ok. The hotel service staff is ok ok.the hotel is not very large proper. Overall sun n sand is not so good not so bad.
