We stayed here for a 4 night winter break. I can't thank the staff enough who went the extra mile to make our stay memorable. It is a bit dated, but for us that added to the charm, everywhere was spotless and the food was 1st. class. We were given an upgrade to a sea view with a balcony, the icing on the cake for us, we could even sit out there and relax watching the world go by with the warm sun streaming down.

Me and my husband had a wonderful stay at Suncliff hotel. We stayed in one of the penthouse rooms on a top floor which had amazing sea view and big bathroom.
Staff from the reception to the bar was very helpful,professional and friendly. Made us feel very welcome.
We enjoyed the pool very much which was clean and pleasant temperature.
The hotel itself does need few touches here and there as some points does feel bit outdated,nevertheless i think the hotel is great value for money and we would love to come back.

Friendly staff, hotel very nice, we had a lovely sea view room, meals were average. Entertainment on Saturday night very good. Overall good value for money. We really enjoyed Bournemouth and would come again

Our first Turkey and Tinsel. Staff very welcoming and from so many different countries which created a very cosmopolitan atmosphere. Buffet breakfat and evening meals very good .Any minor problems quickly sorted .Room furniture bit tired but loads of storage. Would much prefer a walk in shower rather than bath with overhead shower.for ease of access especially as mainly older people in our group. Evening entertainment very good. Highlight was the tea dance led by Amanda Jayne. Got us all up for a variety of dances.with a droll sense of humour. Plenty of good walks and town centre with well known shoops and eateries. Special mention for Danielle in the restaurant and Monica in reception..G and M Raunds

We stayed here for 2 nights in room 305. The room is quite small, bathroom very small but it was very clean and comfortable. It has a sea view and is near the lift so no stairs to negotiate. On arrival we were given complementary coffee and cake, the cake was a slice of cheesecake the best cheesecake I have tasted in my life, delicious!! We ate in the restaurant the first night and although it is a set menu there is enough choice, my main course was sea bass, perfectly cooked and my husband had beef and mushroom pie also very good. Breakfast was a good full English, I didn't realise at the time but afterwards I thought I didn't notice any cold meats or cheese, perhaps you can ask for this.The hotel offers evening entertainment so if you don't want to venture out there is something to watch and there is a good atmosphere in the bar to make it an enjoyable friendly evening. We used the squash courts which could do with a bit of TLC but for leisure they are fine, if we had known about the table tennis table we would have brought our bats, will do next time. We also used the pool which is fine, odd things are, there are no showers in the pool area so you need to shower off in the changing rooms which means your towel is already pretty wet before you get out of the pool and, there are no waste bins in the ladies changing rooms not even a sanitary bin, I think that should be looked into. All in all we had a very enjoyable stay and will definitely be going back.
