It is situated near the beach and market place so its perfect hotel to choose for the holidays in Goa, the hotel is having bar & restaurant plus pool within the property to enjoy .. if you are with family its also well & good to be here!!!!

Worst experience of my life staying there, the staff and the owner are terribly rude and misbehaving. They are in wrong line of service-terribly wrong for at least "hospitality" sector. You will be surprised to witness their level of attitude, insolent and hostile behaviour. Don't go by the pics of the hotel, you will be utterly surprised to see the actual one! Pool is there but that’s just for the picture purposes, u cant actually use it. Murky pool, creepy bathrooms, dirty bedsheets, towels and pillow are just few to mention.
We booked through a travel portal and it showed complimentary break fast- but they charged for this saying it was “Name of the room”. Have you ever heard of room name which reads-“Deluxe AC Room with Complimentary Breakfast” but breakfast is chargeable!!!.
Very bad experience staying there!! Never commit a grave mistake by booking this, it will be an “unforgettable” stay for you!
The only good this about this was their room boys and waiters-they were amicable and helpful

It was the worst experience of my life. The owner was disrespectful and rude attitude .online booking they mentioned free breakfast which you'll never get ,according to owner it's hotel name which is quit funny. room, bed toilets are not clean.you can't take bath on pool because it's so dirty. it is not resort but a road side dhabaa with rooms.there is no parking, no WIFI,no service. if you call any of your friend from out side they will charge extra money for that.
i suggest look for other hotel near beach lot are there.
If you want " AaJ kuch tuffani karte hai " this is the best for worst experience.

I have stayed in Sunflower hotel for more than 10 days. Last Feb in 2014 was my third time stay in this hotel. The hotel is very close to the Calangute sea and market place. In a word the location of this hotel is excellent. The staffs are very friendly here. I never had problem during my stay. Once this hotel was not reflected in any of the online trip portal hence we had booked directly with the hotel. I am happy that this hotel is getting reflected again with yatra. Never had problem with early check in or late check out but of course after a getting the prior approval from them.
One more very important to be mentioned here, we have developed the trust with this hotel. This is the only hotel I had made advance payment a week before the visit. This payment was done to their bank account directly due to the lack of proper online payment facility. But through good coordination we never had any problem regarding money transaction. I visited this hotel with my friends and family. Never had any problem with safety or security related issue. Guests specially kids can enjoy the hotel pool that they maintain and clean.
The rooms are spacious and clean and toilets are also cleaned. The room service and house-keeping staff are active.

Budget hotel. If one expects exceptional facilities, perhaps they should book a room in hotel with tariffs of Rs 3500 or more. Had a stay in April 2012. Nice breakfast, vicinity to famous Calngute, clean swimming pool. Property is good.
