Lovely hotel, friendly staff

We arrived late on our first night to a friendly welcome from reception, and some sandwiches made for us. We were checked in quickly and shown to our room. Rooms were clean and tidy, and were cleaned every day. Staff at the hotel are happy to help at any time and will always say hello when passing. The entertainment team Apoo and Emre were great at getting people involved, from 'funny' darts and killer pool during the day to karaoke and quiz in the evenings. Food at the hotel was good. Always a selection to pick from. The desserts were amazing, so pretty to look at, seems a shame to cut into them. Only a 20 minute walk into Hisaronu town where all the night life and bars are. Bit of a walk back up the hill to the hotel, but good exercise and taxi is cheap enough if you don't want to walk. Not too far to oludeniz too. Had a lovely holiday and already looking to go back!

The hotel was lovely all staff were lovely couldn't do enough for you especially the animation ream apoo and emeret they were excellent we had 6 children with us and these lads did so much with them they were excellent we will definitely be going back next year

Arrived at hotel and was pleasantly surprised lovely welcome from the reception and led straight to the room ..it was an attic room we had and it was very spacious and had a jazccui . Tea making facility's in room and water in fridge so good start .no complaints at all about room .only down fall for me was 60 steps to and from the room as there was a lift ..but was my choice to walk as when it rained the lift stopped so I would not use it .
The restaurant was very clean and the manger was very welcoming and the staff were really efficient on clearing tables ..the food was presented very well and there was plenty to be had if you wanted and deserts and fresh fruit at meal time nothing to much trouble .
The staff work hard as a team in the upkeep of the hotel and it does show...there are a few steps to the pool so not ideal for the less mobile people .
The bar staff were friendly enough always ready to serve and have a bit of banter ...
When we were there it was a Turkish hoilday so hotel was packed but everyone was catered for ..
The 2 main people for me at the hotel are of cos Apoo and. Emre they are a credit to the hotel with all the hard work and energy they put into making the hoilday makers feel at home ...they had people intermingling with each other ..playing English and Turkish music and inviting people up to dance ...and not forcing them to if they said no we had a great weeks hoilday there even the spa was good and massage was fab.
It was 15 lira to the town in a taxi it about 20 to min walk to down which is all downhill did not walk back though .
Met lots of new people and will keep in touch with them for what we paid for hoilday we really can not complain .mwe really enjoyed it so much so we are going back in July ...

Great hotel with excellent choice of food. Several swimming pools with the bar located at the main pool. Good size attic room with free air conditioning and nice views from the balcony. Really friendly and helpful staff, especially the entertainment guys Apoo and Emre and the bar staff Cengis and Fatih. Thanks for a great holiday guys!

A lovely hotel. Great views of the sunset. Food ok. But the thing that really stands out at this hotel is the amazing staff.our app and emit deserve a pay rise lol they are so lovely with the kids and genuinely love and look after them. Oh and the adults it was our grandson beaus first holiday and he didn't want to come home, also boys thank you for looking after the grown ups too. The restaurant staff were lovely and friendly too..the food for kids could have been better but to there defence when asked they took care to cater for the kids....don't rule out turkey as a holiday it's an amazing country with people who are kind and friendly....so to all the staff who came out to look for our grandson when he decided to do a runner and it was most of them a huge heartfelt thank you from all of us it was so lovely when holiday makers and staff came together.. so chose this hotel it may not be the fanciest but it has a really good soul
