乗り継ぎで利用したのでホテルから外に出ていないし、周りに何があるのか不明。
はっきり言って部屋は古いです。利用価値は安くて空港から近いだけ。それだけで充分だったので不満はないです。しかも朝食クーポーン大量にくれます。チェックアウト後でも使えるもので、また来てねってことなのでしょうか。利用してないので味は不明。
空港ーホテル間のシャトルバスを往復共に利用しました。空港からホテルへ向かうには先にホテル側に利用する旨を電話で伝えます。(但し、スタッフがほぼ英語が話せない為難儀しますが分かりやすいようにゆっくり伝えて頑張ってください！)ピック先は4階7ゲート前です。10分程で迎えに来てくれました。空港に向かうシャトルバスは30分毎にホテルから出ています。予約は不要。約20分ほどで到着します。
if you take suttle survice from airport, you need to call hotel.(but hotel staffs are dont talk any english,maybe staff asks this:your name,how many bags)
pickup point is 4th floor 7gate.

I last visited 7 years ago and the hotel has had a facelift with the reception area being totally transformed. The two restaurants also look much better.
We booked an executive room but these rooms are in serious need of renovation and the beds are rock hard. It's cheap and clean but a long way from luxury!

A 2 star review is maybe a little generous. Thankfully we only stayed here for one night. Having stayed by and large at some really good hotels while in China, the Sunway sadly sucked the life out of that. Initial impressions are of a nasty sewer smell as you enter possibly as a result of the water feature in the foyer but in general there was a smell to the local area so there may have been a drainage issue. And this is a crew hotel for airlines. I feel a bit sorry for them. The hotel is terribly dated. Old hard beds (I'm a fan of hard beds but these were not good quality) and dirty rooms. The food was not very nice either (and that was the consensus of 30 of us) but thankfully there is a small shop round the corner for snacks. Just exit the hotel, turn right and it is across the road next to the traffic gate. In summary, in desperate need of refurbishment.

The group arrived early afternoon and it took 2 hours for our rooms to be allocated. The rooms themselves were small and not very clean. The windows were filthy and bathroom not much better. The breakfast wasn't worth eating. The reception area smelt like a sewer. At least the shuttle bus to the airport was good. Don't stay here unless you are desperate.

Good Hotel near to Airport. They also provide bus pick up & drop from Airport. Rooms are average. Restaurant is not as per 4* hotel. Local street is just behind. Might be problem for English speaking as the staff is not good enough to communicate in English.
