But
Booking was a disaster. When I booked on line the price was $114.95 plus tax I gave them my credit card they processed it and added another $9.00. Then it took me another 20 minutes to cancel it.
I decided to call the hotel direct 20 minutes later they told me the $114.95 room was sold out now my price was going to be $119.95 plus tax. By this time I'm thinking everybody in that organization are liar and I better try again on the web, Sure enough I was right I booked the room for $114.95 plus tax, so yes the hotel management lied about no $114.95 left.
I felt like calling CRIME STOPPERS and putting them in jail.
Poor customer service.
537bowenon 19/11/2017 22:59The manager or owner i believe was very rude and wasn't interested in good customer service, he was interested only in making more money for himself. If the location wasn't so close to the go train I definitely wouldn't stay there again.

Simple accomodations but handy
322gretchencon 08/11/2017 01:20Value motel, room has mini fridge, coffee pot, blow dryer, and free wifi. Motel has elevator and free continental breakfast. There is a $200 room deposit in case you smoke in the room, which they assured me would be voided after check-out if I didn't violate the no smoking policy. Location is close to Exit 401 of Highway 401 -- easy to remember! Will stay here again.

blackburnfamilyon 05/11/2017 14:22Simply put this property is filthy and unsafe. Upon late evening arrival there were people coming and going through an open side door that only locks at 10pm. Anyone can access the inside of the hotel and directly access any of the floors without being seen by any hotel employee. The room was disgusting, filth on the floor, smears of god knows what on the toilet, stained bed covers. If you have young children or are booking for a sports team do not stay here, this is an accident waiting to happen.
