This is a 4 story building with a indoor pool, and somewhat complete breakfast one of the better Super 8 properties. I was told it is going to be remodeled and become a Comfort or Quality Inn

We like staying at this Super 8 in Bonner Springs because it is pretty close to the Race track. The only downfall is they extremely take advantage of the race fans. I don't mind paying more because of the race event but when they charge $250 plus a night as far as I'm concerned that is highway robbery.

I feel like we must have caught this hotel at a bad time, because the rooms were $250 a night (though I, thankfully, had reward point, so it was free). You would think they provided lavender on your pillow or at least a free, mid-afternoon snack. They did offer a free breakfast, that offered real sausage gravy, and they did have a pool and hot tub, but the hot tub wasn't working. The ice machine on the floor I was staying on did not work, so I had to go to the smoking floor, which was a terrible experience. In all, it was a comfortable enough hotel, but definitely not worth $250. The max this hotel would be worth is $80 a night. This is just to warn you that a high price does not mean you are getting a good hotel.

We stayed here last year on our way across Kansas. I did not want to stay here again but unfortunately the location works. This time on our trip, we stayed going east and coming back west. The people who work here are friendly enough but this hotel needs work. We did not have a microwave in our room in one of the stays; 2 of the four floor ice machines were not working; the wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling; the toilet ran AND when we walked in to the (still) dark room, every electrical appliance had been unplugged...Suggest housekeepers check on that when people check out. A good thing - we were staying in hotels for two weeks - THIS Super 8 had the fastest and most reliable wifi!

Beds very uncomfortable, cost ridiculous for the quality of the room, even with govt employee discount. Changed reservation to one night bcz of price.
