The hotel is right on the Main Street going through town. I used the hot tub and pool while there.

The room, lobby and vending machines were good. There was one problem. The layout of the parking lot had problem with parking. There were a lot of extended cab trucks and vehicles with trailers the night I checked in. I did find three spaces that were available a little away for the room, 2 Handicap and 1 Veteran. I had my mobility impaired tags and Veteran plates on my car. Room was booked using the app

Excellent staff, clean room. good Warm breakfast, great coffee.will stay here again. Several travelling together. All agreed will come again. Reasonable price.

Stayed here two separate nights this past week. Very soundproof rooms that have been freshly renovated. One room had very worn furnishings and the other were much newer. Everything was very clean and worked well. Television station selection one of the best I have every seen. I was shocked at the number of premium stations. This property has an indoor pool and spa which I did not use. Breakfast had a decent selection of hot and cold items. I think considering what they provide it is the best value of any property in Childress.

We stayed here in July 2017 for 1 night only because we were exhausted and there were no other hotels available. We tried 3 different rooms, all of which were dirty. We finally decided to keep the third one. Not only had the floors not been cleaned, but the bathroom had not been cleaned. The toilet had fecal matter, the shower curtain was filthy, and the tub was grimy. I had to clean the bathroom before we could use it. We called the manager a few days later because she was not available and were told “sorry”. Really??? That’s it! We then tried calling corporate and were told the same thing. For almost $100 for a one night stay, you should at least get a clean room. New decorations do not negate the need for sanitary conditions. Our family will never stay at a Super 8 again.
