When I arrived, the hotel was very dirty inside the hotel, basically unkept with mud and dirt down the hallways. Inside the room was a note on the television saying no cable until Charter brings in new boxes. The room was nice and clean, but not enough to change anything,

No working tv or ice machine. Curtains where barely hung. Bathroom inside knob broken completely off. Hole in bathroom wall from knob. Shower head was ok for kids 4 foot or less. I had to sit down to wash my hair. They did drop $15 off the bill when I asked for a different room.

The staff is excellent but the property is in such major disrepair I will never stay there again. This is the second time we've been there - once for 2 nights over the Memorial Day weekend and then this weekend for 2 nights. Memorial Day weekend we had 3 rooms and this time just 1 room but the same kinds of problems - leaky windows that whistled, loose toilet that leaked everywhere, saggy mattress and much morel Also some very ugly, unprofessional repairs. I do not recommend this property to anyone. I wondered if it is because I booked the rooms through here both times and they gave us the worst rooms possible but I suspect that is not the case. Horrible property.

No hot water for a week. When I complained the manager said no plumbers in town were authorized to work on it. My boss (an electrician) fixed the plumbing so licensed plumbers aren't authorized but hotel guests are? Two of my co-workers complained of bed bugs and only stayed one when they paid for the week. Two others were charged twice for the week and bank accounts over drawn because of it and when complained to management where told they would have to take the loss. NEW MANAGEMENT NEEDED!

Staying here made me question every decision I've ever made in my life. There's a level of obvious apathy here, that can't be described. If you rented an apartment that was in this kind of condition, you'd call the board of health. They really should be ashamed of themselves, but clearly they're not.
