It's cheap
traceyowon 20/10/2017 15:21If you are looking for a cheap place to stay this is it. Based on the fact it hasn't been updated or possibly cleaned since 1995 (I'm not exaggerating) it should be cheaper. The staff was nice and the hotel was quiet but it's quite run down. I wouldn't stay there again.

The Escape I Needed

Paid too much.
Stacey Mon 03/10/2017 17:59Our check in clearly bothered the front desk clerk as he was abrupt and dour with us. We were on the second floor, and the carpet from the stairs to our room had 3 large dark stains on it and the hallway smelled of cigarettes. The room is basic, we had a double queen, the linens were clean but of low quality, small pillows, the bedspread was the nastiest polyester. The mattress was a little too firm but that is only a preference. The in-room fridge was a little loud and the carpets worn. The floor of the shower flexed and creaked. The room did not smell and was clean. Breakfast was meager, coffee terrible My main complaint is that the cost of the room, $75.65 before tax, should have been about $30 less for the overall quality.
Good for the price
lisac10141on 21/09/2017 18:20Me and my boyfriend come here so often it feels like a second home. The staff is always very nice and know us by name. Good place to stay for the price.
