It was a very plesant enviornment and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Very spacious rooms with a mini-fridge and microwave. Updated decor and comfortable seating at the in-room desk. It also had good lighting at night.

I stayed there on a shopping trip but found it in an industrial park area with nothing really to do in that area but store my luggage or just a place to sleep! The front desk attendant Josh was super friendly and helpful but we did not feel very "warm and fuzzy" about the area and with a constant Police presence we were more than concerned about our choice. It is not the fault of the owners,it is just the isolated location that seemed to attract some shady characters. The rooms were clean but the building is older and showed some wear and tear. There is no elevator either so hauling your things up and down the stairs is tedious. The breakfast was very comprehensive with a large variety of items so that was a plus. At the end of the day, I must admit that I will not stay there again and would definitely hesitate recommending it to friends. There are so many better and safer options in Duluth for a few dollars more that it just wouldn't make sense.

Great Hotel. Good location. Easy to find. Close to Duluth Grill. The only problem was there were not mamy options if you need it gluten-free. Hard boiled egg, yogurt, apples and juice. It would have been nice to have a gluten free cereal option. The rooms were nicely decorated and clean no funny smells. And the staff was wonderful.
