Nice place to stay. Quiet at night, a must for me. Room with a view of the spectacular mountains is impressive. Breakfast was great with lots of options. The staff was very helpful. The location is convenient to other places in town with the river close by.

Both front desk employees I met were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was out early so I got to enjoy it. I will be back to Hamilton next year and will be stay here again! Only thing that would make things better would be fridges/microwaves in room.

I have stayed at many Wyndham owned properties before and this one surprised me by it's tired appearance. It's due for an update. We paid more for this hotel than the others on the trip and it simply did not measure up. It provided us with a safe place to sleep and a quick breakfast before heading out the next day. Other than that, nothing worth noting.

Initially we were told check-in on the confirmation email was wrong. They had almost the entire hotel check out at the same time and the ladies were super busy, but they cleaned up the room real quick and apologized profusely and checked us in on time!

You exceeded my expectations, particularly with the helpfulness of the front desk staff and the quality of the room (included whirlpool bath).
