Our stay was very quiet and our room was very clean and everything in working order. They were doing some remodeling and there were workers in the parking lot with equipment. They could use a bigger breakfast area and selection of food. The food area was inside front lobby were people were checking out. The front desk people were very courteous and friendly. They couldn't have been nicer and polijectic for the workers outside. Would stay again.

Management could make improvements. Carpet in room was dirty. The mattresses were very soft. The breakfast definitely needs improving. How about real bread and bagels and a waffle maker instead of prepackaged mini-waffles and prepackaged small plain bagels? Did like the sign in the room offering items for sale. Shame that some people take anything that is not nailed down!

The property is dated, but very well groomed. The management and staff were particularly pleasant and accommodating.

The hotel is located near a waterway close to the Atlantic, so that may be why there was a mildew smell outside in the parking lot which crept it's way, somewhat, inside the building and room. The room had an old decor (the microwave and TV were vying for the newest decor award for the room...everything else looked like it was from the early 80s). It's not a horrible hotel, but it definitely wasn't worth the price I paid to stay. Lower the price by $30 a night or update the room (including the bathroom) and offer breakfast. The bed was pretty comfortable, but I was so tired I probably could have slept on the floor. The hotel and stay was fair (I got used to the mildew smell), but not one I would repeat.
