Front desk service is professional, friendly and easy on the eyes. The room is clean comfortable and quiet. I'm a night shift truck driver so quiet is important. No issues what so ever. A 5 to 7 happy hour would be nice!
Disappointing Experience

Stayed here one night on a cross country trip. The bad: snack crumbs on the floor of the room on both sides of one of the beds, hair in the sink and toilet seat, stains on one of the bed spreads, and a cigarette burn on one of the blankets (in a non-smoking room). Lighting was poor and reading lamps by the bed non-existent. Cracked wall electrical outlet plates and a very loose knob on the bathroom door. Clearly a lack of attention to basic details. The air conditioning is not on in the room prior to your arrival. Tip - go to the room first and turn it on, then unload your car so that it's tolerable when you return. It was cooler outside on an August night than it was in the upstairs hallway. Even the desk clerk downstairs had a fan on him. Strikes me as a property owner doing their best to save on utilities. Definitely a musty smell to the room and property as mentioned in other reviews. Even our non-smoking room had a faint smell of smoke. Breakfast was underwhelming - Eggo waffles and a toaster, packaged honeybuns, two choices of dry cereal. bowl of small apples, coffee. The good - the bed was comfortable, the shower was hot and the free wi-fi speed was good. A 2 star experience at best.
Musty smell

Stayed for two nights and the room was not made up for 2nd night. I told the front desk and he said it was according to his paperwork. I said he could look for himself, but wasn't interested. Room had extreme musty smell and the air conditioner was very loud.

We had reserved a 3 person bedroom for a moving job. We got in around 12 am. The guy at the desk said that the bed was not in the room and that he couldn't take it down because he was "recovering from neck surgery." SO WHY WAS HE WORKING??
We had been driving for 8 hours and had to lug a heavy bed downstairs at 12:20 at night when we had to wake up at 7!! UNBELIEVABLE!
On top of this the guy said there wasn't a payment in the system even though we had paid and been e-mailed a confirmation of receipt to our company e-mail address!!
I will never again stay at your hotel, if you can even call it that. Your employees are injured and can't do their job due to surgery?? THEN THEY SHOULDN'T BE WORKING.

The younger girl who checked me in was very nice and friendly. There was a old white man who was really rude and had an attitude. Your firm should keep him away from the front counter.
