I left the room to go hunting and forgot my gloves on the bathroom counter. Upon my return the room had been cleaned (before 10am) and my gloves were gone. When I asked the front desk they said they didn't have them and the employee wasn't working until 3 days later and they didn't have a way to contact her. They took my name and info but never called. Very disappointed as I stayed here 10-15 times a year

Room was extremely dirty, bugs came into the room because there was no seal around the door, and the ac unit was extremely dirty. After a rain the water would come in through the door and the carpet was soaked. Great place for mold to grow. Milk in the refrigerator was past sell by date. I do n't think the employees care or they would keep it up better.

The employees were amazing went out of their way to be helpful the rooms were great it was a very pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend it and
would definitely stay again.
The rooms are very clean the breakfast was good as well

Very nice place to stay. The staff was great, helpful and very friendly. We were there for a family reunion and everything was perfect. The rooms were clean and comfortable. If you are traveling and need a great place to stay...Stay here.

Wife and I stayed here on Aug 12. It was our first visit to Arkansas City. Room was clean and quiet. Continental breakfast provided. Highly recommended to stay here.
Joanie, the nice lady at the front desk was professional and friendly. She obliged my many questions regarding the area (food, drink, real estate, etc.). It adds greatly to a short visit when customers are treated wonderfully.
