Clean room, but had issues with key cards, AC & bathroom light. Biggest challenge was AC unit not functioning properly and owner thinking it was not an issue.

The customer service is quick and attentive. The room (1 King) was clean and spacious and ready when I️ arrived. The stay is seamless and there is quick access to Elon and Burlington. The Super 8 is a short ride from RDU. Great for Elon University visits!

After reading dreadful reviews of all of the budget lodging in the area, I decided to take a chance on Super 8 as it had the best of the bad reviews. I was greeted by a friendly young lady who checked me into a room located behind the office. As a woman traveling alone, I always appreciate the extra security that offers. The room was spacious and clean. Refrigerator tv and wifi worked fine. Some outdoor and neighbor noise was heard. That is expected in a less expensive place, and happens in the fancy places too.

Room far exceeded expectation. Management did not know how to handle a hotels.com reservation.

Requested two non smoking rooms but one of the rooms was a smoking room. They had no non smoking rooms available.
