Dial up or slower internet speeds. (Under 30kb)
Large piles of dirt in common areas.
Strong smells, especially incense.
Run down.
Most everything in this place is one or two steps down from most Ontario hotels/motels.
That being said, the room was clean, a breakfast was present. (Don't get your hopes up)

Goood room
Clean but some things missed
Not enough towels for 2 people. Only had one set.
Breakfast was meh
Desk staff never around past 7pm
But regardless i enjoyed my stay and will go again. At least for when i travel for work.
Way better than that hooker motel Saxony Motel across the street

I was disappointed to see the extensive use of Styrofoam at breakfast since it is so environmentally unfriendly. Otherwise, good value for the stay.

Good location for stay for a volleyball tournament at Chatham Kent High School. Fair price and breakfast.

Bathroom floor neither swept nor cleaned. Bathtub had ground in dirt. Shower curtain filthy. We didn't even shower before we left the following morning. Mirror in room hadn't been cleaned for a long while. Sliding glass doors full of dirt and cobwebs in the grooves, filthy inside and out. Room had nasty, musty odor. Didn't have the free breakfast either. Beds were comfortable BUT two palm sized holes in the foam type blanket. Hard to believe in this day and age. At $98.54 for the night it was a ripoff.
