The property needed to be picked up, trash in walkway. There was a massive spider web in the corners of the stairwell. It could of been reached with a broom. In the room the towels were stained/dirty the shower head was leaking sideways, the lights above the sink mirror were not level and there was a screw missing in the door lock.

Our biggest complaint was the outside light was out and we were the last room down a dark walkway. We did ask several times for the bulb to be replaced however it never was. It was appreciated that when we asked for extra towels there was never an issue.

The facility was nice. The only complaint we had was there was no coffee pot in the room. There was a coffee maker & all the fixings but no pot. We couldn't get the wifi to connect.

Dirty, old, and unkempt rooms. Pillows were soo worn out I bought one at wal mart that night. Front desk was great.. breakfast was waffles and cereal. Will pay for better hotels in the future.

We asked if we could switch to a non-smoking room because I could not breathe and we were told we would have to pay extra!!!!
