Really nice little apartments , walking distance to central Vienna. Reception was staffed by the wonderful Philomena, who showed us the room, and found a restaurant for us to eat at. We thought the unit we had booked would have a washing machine but didn't(Our mistake) but Philomena was able to sort out the laundry for us which was done in 24 hours. 20 minute easy walk to the middle of town and 5 minute walk to the under ground.
Very modern, warm apartment, comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. The chopping board was a little big for the small kitchen)No dishwasher, which didn't bother us. Good shower, and slept 3 people easily.
Probably could have supplied 2 pillows per person as they were quite soft. If you leave the window open at night it can be noisy with street sounds until midnight.

The apartment is located at convenience place,we can get the metro station by walk in five minutes.
The room is very clean and have a little kitchen.
The process to get into the room is a little complicated but very interesting,and that's why I feel safe.
I'll recommend this place for travel or business.

We stayed in Vienna for a week at GAL apartments and have to say it met our every need. The apartment is well layed out and very clean, extremely quite area and feels safe to walk around at night. If you use the metro it is only 2 stops from the centre st Stephenson Cathedral or a nice 20 minute walk with plenty of window shopping.

A few weeks before my trip was due I had brief and effective emails with them. As I have been using the booking.com for so many years now, I could tell if my stay will be trouble free or not.
They sent me the photo of their front entrance, clearly indicating the key box and enclosing my password. How efficient was that? I asked if I can have tickets to the Ferris wheel printed off and nothing seemed to be too much for them to do. Salute.
When I arrived the reception member showed me the apartment and explained everything.
The apartment was well equipped as I planned to cook in it. The place is clean and well planned. There were enough hooks everywhere. For the first time I actually encountered a coat hook nr the door..even shoe rack. Everything was well thought of.
There were plenty of groceries stores.
It took 5 minutes walk to Praterstern train station.
The ferris wheel was only 7 minutes walk.
Vienna central was 10 minutes, after those cakes I was happy to exercise the calories off.
I would stay here again and fill the apartment with lilac blooms.

Great apartment, we had a two bedroom family apartment it was very spacious for 5 people. 2 good size bedrooms, living and dining room plus eat in kitchen, bathroom/laundry with small washing machine and seperate toilet. Very clean and friendly staff. 10 minute walk to old town.
