First and foremost, no sign board to locate the hotel. First sigh of shaddy place.. After hunting for almost 30 mins located the hotel to find very rude staff. Allotted a room in first floor, enquired about near by restaurant, nothing was available, Order food from room service. Crappy food with unclean plates. At mid night found toilet flush was not working. Disgusting as floating stools on the toilet. Very Dirty !!!!! Requested for a room change in the morning, another room allotted in second floor, now when flush the toilet, dirty water oozes on the floor out of the commode. Request another change again, moved back to first floor. After sometime realized there is no water supply to that room. Another room change somehow this time irritating leaking toilet taps. Hardly see any people there. Ambiance is pretty scary and dark at night. No proper lighting. Requested for juice in breakfast, served slice instead. Definitely does not worth the price. Not sure of the people who have rated 4 or 5 star on this.. Looks fake !!! Wifi is for name sake and does not work half of the time. Doesn't accepts cards and insist on cash payment. Staffs are blunt and rude !!!! Lost few personal articles though not sure if I missed it during shifting rooms or later.

Stayed at Surya Palace whikst on a visit to company's Noida offices. Best city center location with easy access to all office sectors as well as entertainment.
The rooms are spacious and some refurbishment is going on as fresh paint, furniture etc was there. Bathroom a little old fashioned but everything works and management have said the work there is to start soon too. Bed was comfortable and the AC was very effective - an essential for summer! As a female traveller I felt safe and comfortable whi ch is very important these days.
Food options overall were good and those I tried were flavoursome and well presented. I made use of the excellent location and recommendations of staff who were efficient and helpful, to sample some of the local street food and restaurants as well.
A good budget hotel option for corporates with all necessary facilities in a great location.

No signage, difficult to locate. Mediocre hotel, seepage rooms , only soap as amenity. Basic services, moody staff, don't expect too much apart from that it's economical, well located. Wash and change hotel in need of uplift

We stayed here on the recommendation of some of our friends who had stayed here before. The hotel is excellently located in the heart of the city - some construction for a new road is going on but it didn't disturb us at all and we still found the place easily.
The rooms are well sized and clean, the bathrooms are a bit old but everything works and is clean. The room was daily serviced and staff were only to happy to clean at a different time as per our request. The tariff is also reasonable, we booked directly and got an even better rate than was available online which was satisfying.
Food was good range of Indian and Chinese dishes, our child is very fussy but even he enjoyed what we ordered.
All the staff were very helpful and even the though the place was extremely busy we felt nothing was affected. We were very happy and recommend this place for family as well as professionals since it is so well located, I was able to visit my old offices and friends who live across Noida, and we could even get the metro into Delhi within 10 minutes due to the proximity of the stations.

The best hospitality recieved in the region. Beautifully placed and best accessibility to all the areas around. Rooms were very clean and most importantly the bed was very comfortable. Food was excellent and so was the staff. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family. It was worth the price booked for.
