What People are saying
almost perfect

Overall the resort is a very nice one with pluses and minuses like everywhere. The room (I booked park view room UAI) was cleaned everyday looked good, had a small balcony and the minibar was always filled with everything needed. The food was enough and generally well cooked anyway depends on the culinary habits of everyone. As a minus I would say not so many options for launch but you could find what you needed if you looked enough. Regarding the outside area the place looks neat and clean in the morning but in the late afternoon looks not so good because of the rests of food and paper glasses. This, of course, you can blame on the tourists, but also on the cleaning team which was not as present as in other resorts I've been. The pool is big enough, you could find a place to stay almost at any hour, but the earlier you go there the better is the position you could find. As a minus there is no area with less than 1.4 meters which is a problem for children less than this height if they do not swim well. They have a baby pool but not one for teenagers. On the beach area there is enough space for everyone, but to be sure you find a front position, closer to the water, you should try to wake up a little earlier (7 PM the latest) so you can occupy the places in the desired area. The sand is nice and soft, not a rocky beach like the ones in Kemer for ex. Again the cleaning was not the best in the beach area, but again this also because of the tourists. I rated the property 4 points not only because of the cleaning situation, but also because the evening entertainment was average. Out of the 7 nights I spent there maybe 3 had entertainment programs that could make you stay on and besides the amphitheater area the only fun you could have with a 13 yo kid was to sit on one of the terraces and drink something. The personnel was nice and helpful and I have no complaints on their attitude. There are few bars where you can find various drinks and cocktails, the staff is OK and helpful if you need additional info on what to order. There is also sort of a disco area where you could dance after the evening "show" but not very well organized.
The "water park" is a small one but the kids will like it I think, few slides 4 or 5 very well presented in the pictures but in reality not so impressive. In that area also a minus is that you do not have enough space to stay if you wanted to watch out for your kid. 10 meters space in front of the slides where you can find up to 10 beach chairs.
There are also few a la carte restaurants which you can go for if you do not like the food in the all inclusive area. I tried the Turkish one and I had a nice experience.
As a recommendation for anyone travelling with kids in Turkey please make sure you have your travel insurance in order because if you need to go to a hospital they will robe you. Also make sure you check very well the hospital bill because they have the tendency (to be elegant) to put more services on it than the ones they really provided. I had a problem with my girl and the bill was 1700 EUR for six hours in the hospital and for basic treatment.

At Susesi in October we were a mixed bunch Grans and grandad small kids 4 and 8 ..young folks aged 19...20,,,16...I personally prefered Belek luxury hotel but all the services were just the job .....I would only say against it was obvious they were preparing for closing down for the winter so some of the day time bars were not serving well known food but this was the only fault i could see I am a wheelchair user but found no obstacles where my chair was concerned my youngest grandsons loved it especially the small one who went to Kids club every day........

Stayed at the Susessi as part of a medical conference package and was not disappointed. They must have overbooked the standard rooms because I was given a three floor 3 bed apartment on the 4th floor! Fully All inclusive with well stocked mini bar with beer, soft drinks and snacks.
The hotel is beautiful with extensive grounds, a private beach and friendly staff. Loved the gym and smoothie bar.
Because I was there off season, not many of the hotel restaurants other than the main buffet were open, which was a shame although understandable and I have to say the food was of a high standard.
Only other comment for British tourists is that the clientele is mainly Russian and Eastern European therefore the languages spoken by staff and some of the food is more geared towards this.
Hourly shuttle bus to the conference was well organised and no problems.
Would definitely return.
Excellent accommodation

My family arrived in the hotel on Tuesday 17/10/2017 for five nights. The suite, food, drinks and entertainment were brilliant. The beach was clean and well looked after . We enjoyed our stay in the hotel and hope we could afford to go back in the not too far future
