We enjoyed this hotel so much,beautiful clran rooms,amazing viue,very good restorant on the roof,and so amazing and helpfull staff,special tjanks to Raju and all best staff.

Awesome location, excellent staff....Very well kept rooms and facility...Right from the security guy to the manager, everyone was very welcoming and kind. Enjoyed the hospitality to the fullest for 3 nights / 4 days....being a little away from the Munnar city center makes the place even better a choice....

We stayed in alpine suite and the room was extremely comfortable however the hotel is a little far from the munnar station. The staff was quiet cordial, they arranged for a cake on the day of my husband's birthday

Nice property with tea gardens...this was my 1st and different experience and i was loving that views and hotel stay....i came here on15th jan from cochin and was tottaly different whether and views..hotel staff was very cooprative and good food.

We spend two nights in Swiss County and enjoyed it a lot. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, the manager even organized a dvd player for us!
The room very nice & clean. The restaurant on top has a nice view and food for breakfast & dinner was good.
Would definitely recommend!
