It's a different type of vacation on the Mediterranean Sea
The hotel have nice view on the beach
The sea is very nice there the hotel have long beach but the bad thing is that anyone can pass from outside the hotel to inside so the privacy is bad
The lobby is normal and the reception too
The new rooms is nice not more than good
The staff is friendly
The room service is helpful
The food is more than good
No entertainment there
No animations
The gym sauna and massage is very good
The outside cafe is nice and have great Shisha

Very very good hotel ,especially service staff, Reception staff and room services staff
I stayed about 20 day in this hotel and enjoyed every minute there the hotel staff do all their best For our comfort.
The Picturesque nature make us spent a lot of our time on beach to enjoy with this nature.

The hotel was average, I couldn't tolerate the smell at the restaurant and also the quality of the food was very poor, it was awful, the room and the beach where the best things there, but the pool wasn't clean at all, but when I saw another places there and other hotels in Al Arish, I realized that ours was the best I saw rats and crawling insects in other hotels so I think Swiss Inn was the best of them.

Many people advised me to avoid spending the vacation in Arish, but it turned to be one of the best vacations I ever had with my big family, very nice Hotel, with beautiful sea view,
awesome staff, very friendly and very helpful particularly Ayman at the front desk,
Good quality food, especially salads and deserts.perfect place for relaxing and meditation excellent value versus money spent.

Friendly staff
Very good food whether open buffet or set menu
Good location
Supermarket & kfc are nearby the hotel
Hotel needs some facilities as ping pong & billiard as it is so boring at night, beach needs more care
