I was here for a business trip and conference. The bed was incredibly comfortable, remarkably so for a hotel. The breakfast buffet was very good, with both mainstream options and more local Peruvian options if you want to try something a little different. Attention from hotel staff both at a personal level and throughout the conference was great. Would definitely recommend it.

This hotel has great facilities including a really spacious gym, a pool that is indoors and outdoors (nice touch) and an outdoors jacuzzi. Everything was clean and really could not be faulted. The bedroom was spacious including a large bathroom. There are only 2 negatives: the setting for breakfast could have been better and the service we received when we checked out was disappointing. We had ordered breakfast to our room as we had to leave early and was told that we could have the same breakfast as we would have had if we came down. However, we then got charged for having an omelette and cereal! Despite us telling the reception staff that was what we had been told we were still made had to pay. I would have expected more from such a class of hotel. Despite thjs, we did have a good stay and would recommend staying here.

I had an incredible stay at the Swissotel! The staff was super friendly and the pool and spa were incredible!! The breakfast buffet is one of the best I've had with delicious tamales, native fruits and more! Highly recommended!

Loved the hotel! It's location could not be better! It is located in San Isidro near all the best restaurants in Lima. He new rooms of the hotel are so comfortable, beautiful and huge (ask for one of the new rooms, so worth it!). The staff is very nice and helpful.

We had a very enjoyable stay. Rooms were comfortable.Service was exceptional , pool & gym were amazing.
I would to particularly thank Mr. Kristhopher Diego for his outstanding assistance and initiative in personally getting my medication at a late hour.
