Awsome service clean and awsome decoration better than other hotels as i compared to other hotels near the same area food is good for family and friends. I am trying to get my colleague and friends to come to your hotel

Late better than never - long time want to share about this Taj Home finally now i got opportunity to share with all of you. Yes, me too read numerous reviews of this hotel but finally i choose this hotel as per my budget and was not upset at the end of the day. We a family of 4 stayed in this hotel during May 2013 for about 2 days and our stay was so comfortable without any major inconvenience. We visited during peak summer and the AC is perfect with a nice complimentary breakfast in the morning. A perfect place for those who are looking for a budget hotel and very quiet and comfortable. I am a bit late with my review, but was going through a few old pics of my Agra visit and remembered that I hadnt yet posted my review.
The first time we visited in Decxember 2010, the place ws great. 2 yrs later (January 2013), the place was a total disappointment. In the freezing winters there was no provision for a heater or even a hot water kettle. Everytime we felt like drinking some hot water we had to call room service.
We were given a room on the 2nd floor and this place has no lift. As my mother who suffers from knee pain was travelling with me, we requested for a room on the lower floor but they flatly refused to change.
The generator is bloody noisy & you can feel the whole room vibrate. We couldn't sleep the whole night and also woke up with nasty headaches.
Food was ok, room clean & service was also ok, but the generator drove me crazy. I'm not gonna book this place again for sure.

I was really nervous about staying here because of some scary and negative reviews but after staying there I have to disagree with them-You need to firstly take into consideration that Agra isnt the most modern or trendy place and there probably arent a lot of top places to stay. The room was grubby, especially the bathroom and the floor. However the bed seemed clean, the door locked and the water and air con worked. They also made us a really nice breakfast with the best cup of coffee I had overall in India. All of this for a cheap price. So if you are happy to stay somewhere basic for only a night or a few (which is probably all you need in Agra) then I would say this place is very good.

We stayed there for one night.
The service was okay, however not very outstanding. We woke up in the morning and had water on about one third of the floor of our room, luckily we stored our camera equipment and computers not on the ground. No idea where that water came from.
AC was not working at all. Luckily the fan did a good job.
We told the guys at the checkout about that and he seemed to know about that problem.
