Parking is free at this hotel but valet saying you have to pay for valet as the hotel is busy. Very rude to customer , he said you pay you get service or you can leave . I told him this is wrong he said leave or he will call the security that i am harrissing him. If this is the way valet operates how will others behave.

The Talking Stick Resort is one of the few public places left in Arizona that you can smoke indoors, unfortunately.
My wife and I arrived around 7 PM on a Saturday night in the summer to celebrate our anniversary. We read good reviews for the Ocean Trails restaurant but it was so small that the 12 person line barely moved in 15 mins. We decided to eat upstairs at the Orange Sky.
For the Resort, the parking was adequate and well thought out, with good signage and plenty of parking spaces.
The casino floor was so smoky, it was not an appealing place. It must be a big thrill to be able to smoke in a public place but smoke isn't personal. It lingers on everyone.
The Resort commanded several key venues, such as good restaurants, Top Golf, good entertainment and good proximity to Scottsdale.

My wife and I stayed at the Talking Stick, while in Scottsdale for some doctors appts. The resort was nice. The rooms were typical of most resorts. They have 6 restaurants on property. We were there for 4 days and never found a decent meal on property.

After spending over $20K in the resort over the past few years they won't make a simple change to my reservation that doesn't even cost them money! As a senior executive in a $300 million company I cannot believe the "matter of fact" attitude I received, I assure you, with knowledge of a similar case as this I would not jeopardize a relation with a customer over $100.

The Talking Stick resort is a modern very large casino resort hotel. Our room was excellent with great views looking over the pool area and beyond. The pool area was fantastic and enormous.
The only reason for not rating it higher is that it was very expensive although to be fair it was still pretty crowded so I guess this must be a more expensive part of the World.
