I checked into the hotel in the evening and was told that they do not have the key to the drawer where they room keys are kept and so i was asked to be accompanied by housekeeping person and so i did and was told i would get the key in the room shortly. 2 hours later i am still waiting for the key to the room. I have been told now that they do not have the keys to the hotel room and the housekeeping person will open it for me.
Asked to change the room and the person is saying that the all rooms are filled. Which i surely know is a lie as there is no one in the hotel.
checked out the next day from here and will stay some better hotel which has keys for its customer for their rooms.
Never seen such jokers running the hotel

Stayed overnight for a day, rooms have no sound insulation, you can hear people walking outside, room amenties are ok types with no iron/iron table available for business traveller, buffet breakfast served is very average.

Though it has a good brand name, well located and has decent rooms, overall it was a below par experience. The Food is very disappointing, and the bathrooms are poorly maintained. The water pressure at the shower is shockingly weak. I am sure Pune has seen better.

It is centrally located with very good ambience and they serve tasty food. It's a good choice to be at Clark's inn Pune. Clean rooms and friendly staff who are ready to serve you at any moment of the day.

Its very good hotel located at main area on JM road. I Was at the Hotel for 3 days and found the location convenient, facilities decently managed.
Rooms​ was relatively small, but very comfortable. The hotel food is very good and rates are quite reasonable.
One can enjoy stay in hotel. I had booked rooms without breakfast.
