We stayed just for the one night while passing through Taupo. Daniel our host was very welcoming and helpful. Met us outside on arrival and assisted with the bags. Had lots of knowledge and recommendations about the local area. The property is stunning and has great views of Lake Taupo. Drinks and snacks in the evening is a nice touch. Breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed our stay.

Lovely welcoming hosts, great room with superb view, would recommend a visit, comfortable nights sleep, great bathroom with plenty of room and a dressing room , breakfast had plenty to choose from, Danny very helpful in finding somewhere today in the evening. Good for a single or a copy a nights.

We stayed here recently again and found it had new owners.They are trying to keep up the same amazing service and delivery but sadly it is not the case.The breakfast was very poor and was lacking.I am not too sure how long they can continue to feed of the old owner's reviews but this a top price for a B&B and the details and service needed are lacking.

Nice cottage, lovely view and comfy bed. BUT the glasses in cottage were filthy. The complimentary drinks and nibbles were warm white wine, stale crackers, cheap olives, bad dip. Breakfast was OK but dirty cutlery and instant coffee. Our room was serviced only once in 3 days - no fresh towels and only 1 tiny bar of soap provided. Not recommended.

This is a great place to stay. The separate cottage is lovely and clean with plenty of room. Had a great view over Taupo.
Loved the canapés and drink by the fire. Spa pool was great.
Owners are so accommodating and friendly - went out of their way to make our stay awesome and welcomed us back.
