Quite a basic room, fairly quite considering we were in Delhi, not close enough to go anywhere at nice, although we were told it wouldn't be safe to go out anywhere at night in a Delhi. The seating of the lounge could of been bigger. No pool or such things here.
The resteraunts was adequate. Tea and coffe facilities in rooms. Pretty average really. It was clean though.

The location very convenient and stay is comfortable near businesses. Good service and friendly staff.
The restaurant gives good food and overall it is suitable for people looking for convenient stays in the neighbourhood

Stayed here once based on the star rating on Tripadvisor and found out that it is a boutique hotel, not even worth 2 stars in terms of amenities. 4 Star and 5 Star hotels have live breakfast counters, the breakfast here was quite mediocre. Location is also poor since the hotel is located on the service road.

If you need to be in South Delhi for an extended period of time, then this hotel is a good choice, as it's near the main road - easy to catch a cab, also its close to the New Friends Colony shops, that is a few hundred meters away, and can easily be accessed by walking. The room is clean. Housekeeping is provided daily. You get a reasonably good breakfast for free. Most of the staff are not very friendly thou, so don't expect to start a conversation. I researched many hotels in the vicinity before choosing to stay here and I am happy with my decision. I would certainly stay here again, as the rates are reasonable, provided you negotiate. You get free wifi as well.

I was there with my family and friends for a night out and had a wonderful stay. Staff was very friendly and went an extra mile for giving us services. One of the staff Rebita took care of my daughter too which was good on her part. Kudos to Tavisha.
