My second daughter and I were looking for a cosy stay for 4 days while visiting a new grandson/nephew. The cottage is nice and cosy, ideal for what we wanted to do, and very conveniently located for trips into the city on "down time". Thoroughly enjoyable stay and a place I would recommend to others, but more importantly, a place I would use again.

Looked at some pics on the thier web and thought looked ok. When we got there was no secure car parking as the gate was laying on the floor where the car parked. Walked into the apartment and it was so dark and smelt musty. Opened the windows and certainly did not look like the pictures on the site.The kitchen was dirty and needed touching up and the lounge are you would have to move the sofa to get to the dining area. But to do this you would have to move a random portable bed that was best to the tv . Up stairs all looked tired and dirty with the bathroom being a wet rooms times were cracked and moving . As for the bedroom it all looked dated and not cleaned properly. Did not stay and tried to contact the owner but still taking my payment with no response.

Very good location close to the city and close to the countryside for make a good tour for Lincoln and goods walks for the country and river side
The comfort and the facilities permits enjoy in a quiet stay
The parking for the car is a good Ihelp for the stay

Much better value than 'room only' deals available elsewhere. So nice to have a living area and kitchen as well. Simple code entry to secure parking. Everything very smooth, from booking to leaving. Look forward to visiting again.

Not easy to find (It is behind a double wooden gate set back from the road). It is adequate. It is in a nice quiet area and is very dark at night! It is a bit old inside - creaky stairs, etc and a strange design to the kitchen. Everything worked and the shower was nice. It was entirely adequate for an overnight and the price was fair.
