MrWWilsonon 15/08/2017 19:18If I'm generous 3 stars? It's all about timing at this place. 8 minutes for a shower, which is explained only when you've checked in. Reception in a shop only open at certain times (not really a problem as there is a number), but when we wanted to check out at 10am the 'shop/reception' wasn't open, thus delaying our journey if only by 10 mins... Apartment itself was OK. Rustic I think is the word I'd use.

Janna Ton 25/04/2017 13:14First of all we couldn't find anyone who can give as a key but it was mentioned that we well arrive around 18 PM. There is not enough warm water to take a shower for an family of 3. And it's CAN NOT BE FIXED! Two of as had every morning cold shower. I contract was written - cleaning at least one time, but it was never cleaned there.
No wifi! Wel, there is an wifi and the wifi-router is places at the middle of the table, but they wan't give you a password.
A Night in Casciana Terme
Nicolle Ton 09/11/2016 16:01Situated right in the centre of Casciana Terme, with huge rooms, a wonderful spa, and the most welcoming staff ever (so helpful and make you feel like family). The rooms are al very clean, and the buildings and outdoor area are so picturesque. My spacious room came fully equipped with a queen size bed, kitchen, large fully equipped bathroom, and dining table. The reception has a very cute store as well, selling local goods like olive oil and pasta. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone travelling around Tuscany!
