We two families stayed 3 nights. There are totally 14 rooms. Each floor has two rooms. I have requested to stay in the same floor for two families via email. It was arranged as expected. The location is great which is nearby American Village with a few minute walk. Big room with jacuzzi in the washroom. The parking lot is not convenient for big car. It has to drive with big caution when parking, in and out. Friendly staff. Breakfast with limited choices only. It is very tasty but will be a bored with it for staying more days

Great location right near American Village, 1000 SF rooms with balconies, great internet. Staff is so nice and kind, will go the extra mile to help with anything you need. They do understand English, some speak better than others, but you will be able to communicate if you don't speak Japanese. Bathroom is huge with jacuzzi, very nice. Beds are closer to full size, but still comfortable. Small restaurant, serves mostly organic food, a bit expensive for what you get, but there are lots of restaurants nearby, all within walking distance. Rooms are made up beautifully, free parking on premises, but spaces are not that big so don't rent large sedans unless you have to. Only Japanese stations on TV, the local ones work well, the satellite ones not so well, lots of pixelation and breaking up. The TV and AC remotes only have Japanese writing on them, but you can ask the staff to help decipher. Overall, enjoyable and comfortable stay, and competitively priced compared to Hilton and other hotels in the area.

I am bit earlier reaching there to check-in and they can arrange a room for us. They can speak fluently English. Rooms are clean and huge, very nice view seeing the Ferris wheel, very big shower room. Free parking is available and Lawson is just opposite the street.

The room is a bit old and bed size is smaller than expected. Was surprised that there is tatami in the room. Very good location as American Village is just across the road. Room comes with balcony overlooking at the American Village, that you can have a beer while enjoying he view.
The bath room is impressive, the biggest I had ever seen so far. A jacuzzi bathtub that is huge.
It was a bit noisy at night when people were racing motorcycles.

Loved the view! The staff spoke limited English, rental car can be arrange at the hotel. Great location to everything!
Wish the beds were a little bigger but very comfortable and the entire room is huge! Feels like a real apartment with a huge tub which is unusual for Japan hotels.
