I love the view of this villa, very romantic & beautiful. The staff support me very much. The old man- gardener is very nice. He bring for me some fruits from the garden in hotel. When I stay there, not many roses, in spring is more.
One thing you should care, the hotel close very early in night, should have the phone number to call staff.
The villa only have 9 rooms, u should book soon.
Charming but could live up to its potential

This hotel was by far the most charming we have stayed on this trip. It has a stunning garden and the rooms are furnished in Victorian era decor. So while the mold and the somewhat less clean conditions could be better, the charm made up for it. The beds seemed pretty uncomfortable and old.The cost was $92 for 5 of us so that was very reasonable. Breakfast was OK but a bit heavy on the pork which was in all the warm dishes. Being Jewish, that wasn't to my liking. But there was some fruit and some bread with excellent jam and fried egg if you wanted.
Terrible

Damp, mouldy, leaks, dirty and unhelpful staff. The garden was beautiful and that's the only good thing I can say. It's expensive compared with other places in Da Lat. location was annoying and out of the way. Dirty, damp rooms full of bugs and mould despite all windows closed. No aircon or heating in rooms. Staff were extremely unhelpful.
Lovely place but some problems

We stayed here for 7 nights in their Suite.
The suite was very large and quite lovely, though the living area furniture is definitely made for Vietnamese and very uncomfortable for a westerner !
The gardens are beautiful and VERY well looked after.
The staff were lovely and very attentive.
Pity about the "extras":
- Ensuite had a huge spa bath, but the shower attachment had to be hand-held as the wall-fixing had obviously broken off some time before;
- Breakfast is very much designed for Vietnamese guests - not Westerners despite the number we saw staying here. Only hot food offered was an omelette. When we asked for a poached egg, we got soft-boiled eggs that were still raw in the middle.
- Laundry took a long time .... having lived in Hoi An for three months we are used to a same-day turnaround.
- Hotel is pretty much "out in the sticks" - taxis essential. But a lot of times the taxis didn't come down into the drive, and just drove off after seeing no-one waiting at the gate (long steep drive with tight turnaround area).
- Went to the restaurant one night and told it would be at least 45 minutes to get food - looked like the chef had gone home for the night (at 7pm) !
Without being too negative, there is definitely room for improvement in some aspects.
Beautiful garden, quiet hotel

We stayed two nights here and feeling miss when left. The location is 5km far away from city center, in a very quiet area. We love the entrance gate, rose gargen. Breakfast is good though not much option, "bún bò" was fantastic. Highly recommend for whom want to exit the urban noise.
