Perfect relaxing break

The room is simple but comfortable.
Food is really good! We had breakfast and dinner option and all was delicious and healthy.
The pool is really nice and the seawater really reviving!!
I love some of the treatments : massage, back clay, relaxing bath...
overall for a first thalasso break it was a real success.
Plus the walk and the beaches around are just wonderful!
Surfer staying for work
Hugh Ton 27/08/2016 22:28I would rate this place as 'good', apparently this isn't an option on TA, better than average but not 'very good'.
Plenty of parking space, super close to the beach, comfortable beds and real good air conditioning. The bathroom is also good with a nice powerful shower.
It's about 5 minutes or so drive down to Anglet beaches, a bit too far of a walk really but looks like there's a €1 bus that goes along the road although I didn't catch this.
Breakfast is €14 euro's which seems metal but again I didn't try it so can't comment on the quality. Plenty of little Boulangerie's close by which are much cheaper.
Would stay again, no complaints really but nothing special.
Excellent hospitality experience on the French/Spanish border
Leonard_vd_Heydenon 31/01/2016 18:29On our way from the UK Midlands to the south of Spain, my partner, daughter and I overnighted at the Atlanthal close to Biarritz. The overall hospitality experience was excellent. The beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. We'd go back.
Not for a second visit!
Margaretha Kon 08/09/2015 16:29When we entered the room it looked like a youth hostel. Nothing extra, no view. We did sleep very bad as everything was made of synthetic material. The beds were very hard. It seems if we were sleeping on the floor.
Good Location,but nothing special

the restaurant is overly pretentious, the food is good, but nothing special, breakfast is likewise.
The reception staff, need a lesson in politeness and customer care, they were abrupt and looked down at me and my 4 year old Daughter as if we did not matter and were a nuisance (Big Mistake).
The reception area looks clean, but closer inspection showed grime and dirt everywhere especially the tables and chairs. We did not use the healthsuite .
The rooms were clean and tidy, but we requested a bath and the room only had a shower.
