This is my 2nd stay and 2nd review for this hotel. Overall good experience and will definitely book this in future.
Pros:
+Good locality. Train station and bus stand is 5 minutes walk. Aristo junction is just 1 minute walk and has lots of options for dining.
+Very good value for the price.
+Spacious room.
+Clean room
+Very fast wi-fi.
+Good covered space for parking
+Decent breakfast option
+Decent value for the price paid
Cons:
-The reception called my the 2nd day and asked if i have reservation and from where I have booked. This information should be known by all the staffs.
-Last time I stayed here, they had buffet breakfast. Now it is limited and made on order.

Good neat rooms. Clean Restrooms and Superb service and along with nice healthy breakfast... Its very near to Thiruvanandapuram Central Railway Station and Central Bus Terminus. Good veg restaurants are near by.

We had stayed 2 days in the hotel with my family. We had good time... Room service was good. They have good car parking area. Near 1 km from Central Railway station and Bustand. At the time of check out the AC was leakage of water. In some rooms they have still maintaing old AC but that is not working properly. They mentioned Pure Veg board but they will give Egg Amlet for complimentary breakfast. So for Pure Veg. They want have brkfst outside only. By walkable distance you have Ariya Nivas pure veg hotel.

Hotel is situated near to temple and all good restaurant are nearby. Hotel looks little old with furniture n room not that great. Room were full of mosquitoes n when we requested for repellent, house keeping told they don't have stock. Had to struggle whole night and couldn't sleep. Power switches are also very old and phone cahrger also don't fit.

Opt this hotel if you are on a tight budget, want to stay near Trivandrum Central Railway Station and particular about vegetarian food. The property is about 350 meters uphill from Aristo Junction, which is a decent location in Trivandrum. Even though the rooms are clean, the entire property carries a worn out look.
A big plus: they serve authentic Kerala “Thattu Dosa” for morning breakfast.
