Dear Sir or Madam,
I am staying in A-111. I left this review on your google listing 5 minutes ago. I request a partial refund on account of not providing me wifi, a promised facility at your business hotel. I have not been able to conduct business on account of lack of internet access. I recommend you also train staff at reception not to lie to guests regarding such matters. This tests our patience. Thank you.
I checked in at 9:30pm last night. The teabags in my mini suite were damaged. The towels are thin and grey. I requested the wifi password around 10pm. A staff member said he will call back in 10 min. I called again one hour later. A staff member now said the wifi is not going to work for one hour and he would call me back with my password. I was awake until 2am. Nobody called. I called reception a third time at 6:30am. A staff member now said the wifi is not working and "I have to wait more". At this point, I lost my temper, asked who has been lying to me all night and demanded a partial refund. Looking at these reviews here, I don't expect to get it.

Property is located at peaceful location. Managing staff is very poor, slow & arrogant. Don't expect any standards in delivery of service. Staff is very rogue and rough in speaking. Service is very slow average delivery time is 20-25 minutes. Very rude staff.

Room - AVERAGE. Needs renovation URGENTLY. Dated rooms, very low light. During power cuts - i had to remove and again insert the key card to restore power which was really annoying and disturbing.
Staff - Nice and courteous, specially at the restaurant.
Food - Highlight of this hotel. FOOD WAS EXCELLENT. Nice breakfast and Buffet dinner spreads. Worth and real value for money.
Location - not so good.
Overall Feel - GOOD

This hotel is like any other good business hotel in a big city. I would like to make a special mention of the buffet - really good. I strongly suggest you negotiate the tariff to include breakfast and dinner- because the food is otherwise very expensive. Friendly staff. Not too far from the Bilaspur railway station as well.

Smiling and graceful staff, impeccably furnished rooms, very clean, fabulous dinner buffet spread. In fact, true value for money. My special thanks to receptionist in the evening shift, bell boy and lobby manager, as well as all staff in restaurant and house keeping. Very graceful and helpful people.
