We have good experience with your hotel. Specially one person there named as Razia has assisted us in every manner. Only one word for her I.e. excellent. She even guided us for shopping & other travelling destination.

We have been to the Accord hotel couple of times for both short and long stays. The hotel is too good and within a good budget with all facilities of a five star hotel. The food is excellent and the service is also good. Will be definitely visiting the hotel again

Overall a good experience. Complementary airport pickup and drops is really a massive help. I was there only for a half a day and i was provided pickup and drop at my work location as well. Lunch was quite good and tasty.

We had a great stay at Accord Metropolitan. The staffs were great and friendly. Food was superb with a large variety to choose from. Front Office and guest relations officers were always ready to help us. Rooms always clean on time. The swimming pool was clean and well maintained. We used the Spa also the staff were great too. Very helpful and always smiling. I wish to thank Grace, Ezhumalai, Bala, Juvitha, Shereen, Siva, Harsha, Kumar, Karthick and Aru, Chef Arjun l... great team

Comfortable stay at the property.
Extremely courteous staff especially Razia Sultana at the front desk.
Appreciate her genuine effort to ensure that we are comfortable and taken care well.
