Richard289on 29/10/2017 20:59We saw the Alondra online but did not know if we would need it. We paid a much higher room rate, 1300 pesos, just walking off the street than we would have had be booked online. We had a room on the ocean side - with a nice partial view of the ocean. Internet was very good - could stream Netflix with no problem. Some noise from kids in the pool, but the pools closes at 10pm. We had a good sleep. AC was effective and not too noisy. Parking underground in the other part of the hotel, across the street was probably secure enough - at night they close the main door to parking. In morning I rose early and went out for coffee - all lights were off in the halways - quite dark! Not bad for a night or two - kids sure like the pool!

Bohonoslon 13/03/2017 20:40We spent a month at the Alondra and had a great time. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Extremely clean. A big thank you to Julio and Ada. We will be returning next year for 6 weeks.

Terrible internet
martha111on 09/03/2017 22:40This property has a nice view of the ocean and is close to the restaurant area and malecon. It is not the place we imagined and there is no area to have something to eat or drink as advertised. The cleaning staff were a delight, Jesse was very friendly and helpful. We were very disappointed in the caliber of internet, they changed the password about every 3 days and even then it was not great It was surprising based on the price of the room. Cable tv...the only english channel was Fox news. The one other thing was there was no information on activities which would have been very helpful.

There are better placed in town

When I want a coffee the guy was sleeping behind the counter

RLwright2013on 10/07/2016 02:48what they show on pictures for the room are wrong. not clean very small rooms and very over price. Musie to load at night when people are trying to sleep. they do not refund your money because of rooms not being up to standard. they are very rude people
