Best location along with super friendly emplyees. All staff is really amazing. Very kind & helpful. Premise is clean and well furnished. Rooms are good in size, generally new hotels doesn’t provide such big rooms.

The internet kept dropping. I was assured that the service provider will be changed. Also the chocolates I wanted to buy were close to expiring. Else all was great. Loved the fact that room service delivered something I needed that wasn't in the menu.

I asked for having breakfast on the day I arrived at the Hotel 10:30 the receptionist told me, it is not available anymore. The next day people were having breakafst at 11:00. I booked a double bed room, but I got a double floor room as you didn't had the one I booked available. Bad service, I won't book the hotel in the future and I can't recommend it to anyone either. I had paid for two nights and two breakfast for two people but I leaved early.

Very Well Located ..........walking distance from markets and Marine Drive
Food was really good ....Menu was short ....hotel need to address the spread ....
Room was clean....but somehow ....it required upgrade in doors ....furniture and paint...

It was a pleasure to be greeted after a long and tiring flight. I was shown the front facing room with an option to choose one in the rear.Was offered help and facility to check in. The staff too helpful and accommodating at all times.
