I stayed here for three days and had a great stay. The room was spacious and comfortable. The location was excellent and within walking distance to plenty of coffee shops and restaurants. I found a deal through TripAdvisor that gave me free parking, which sealed the deal for me.

Very nice clean and affordable hotel in Calabasas. Stefania at the front desk is very helpful and personable. I would recommend the hotel. Also nice coffee bar and evening drink selections. Great rate for Pepperdine students

My wife and I were traveling with two dogs so the Anza Hotel seemed like the best place to stay. And it was...for about a week. Wonderful for the dogs, a wonderful part of town with a lot of great restaurants and places to walk. But the longer we stayed the worse the front desk personnel treated us. Negligent, with an attitude. When we tried to expend our stay (this is after paying a week's stay) they hemmed and hawed. Instead of treating us like guests, we were treated like we overstayed our welcome. We finally got our two extra days but not without a lot of aggravation, ending with somebody at the desk over charging us for our stay. After talking to who knows how many people, Henry finally came to our rescue and untangled the mess. In the end, he sorted it all out and credited back to us the overcharge. Thank you, Henry! You were the one voice of reason. Save yourself a lot of hassle and let Henry take care of your stay. You won't be sorry.

This hotel was amazing he staff was super helpful. Henry helped me out with a lot of the needs I had while I was there. I brought my dog and the room couldn't have been any better. It was spacious and clean. The area where the hotel is is great. Lots of shops,restaurants, and cute spots you can walk to. I will stay there every time i am in the area.

I thought this hotel looked nice and I was impressed by the size of the room. Finishes were well done and modern. I did not use the bar or food service so I don't know how those were. If you can request a room do not be on the rear of the hotel. It is right up against the 101 so you do get some freeway noise. The windows seem good so it is not as bad as it could be. Being near the front of the hotel would be better. The free wifi was not very good. I could not stream on my iPad at all and even reading Facebook was challenging. I was in room 338 and there seemed to be a constant noise within the walls like water running through a pipe. It was like a shower was on all the time. Not enough noise to keep me awake but it was odd to have a constant noise of any kind in the room. Walking distance to some nice shops and dining and old town Calabasas.
