Friendly guy on reception who was helpful BUT the carpet was sticky, the tv’s wouldn’t work, the advertised heated pool was freezing... the lights were all blown!! Makes me sad as this place has so much potential with a wee bit of maintenance and tidy up as the rooms are huge for a motel! Managers take some care, pick up the broken chairs, clean up the pool area, put decent information in the rooms.... you have a asset here and are charging big $$ so step back and look at the big picture.... ps cups and glasses were dirty and fridge was warm not cold!

Me and my family stayed at this motel for two nights and we loved it. The room was spacious and it has two storey. Big kitchen, free milk, clean bedrooms & bathroom and it’s easy to find. Great staff.

stayed here just one night.was greeted by helpful young couple in reception.was given key to room 17 on top floor.the room was very tidy and clean although a little out dated.it had 1 single bed and a double bed,both beds very comfortable.would stay there again.

Very welcoming, helpful and pleasant young couple. They went above and beyond to cater to our needs. The room was perfect and peaceful, just what we needed to relax. I would highly recommend Aquarius Motor Inn to anyone who is after down to earth, good natured service, with rooms that are affordable, secure and have a homely feel.

Booked and paid for one bedroom suite. got placed in studio. requested refund of difference and had no reply. Room was a bit tired, carpets stained and bathroom was a bit past it and not very clean. There are far better options for a place to stay in Hamilton than here. be warned.
