I am coming to this hotel for the second time in a span of a year..near to the airport..pickup facility is available..rooms are quite spacious with view..however..the food was pathetic..I had food poisoning only after having the first meal and had to show doctor..The front desk staff was rude and dint even bother getting me medicine..the breakfast place was clumsy but the service of the staff was good and were polite..I wish I could have given a single star but the additional one is for the spacious room..

Very close to Airport. Hotel is small, however it was well appointed...was given a suite for the night..
Breakfast is on top floor...not too much variety, food was served hot, good enough for a working breakfast

The only reason, people may wanna book this hotel is because it is near to the airport. Apart from that, I don't see any reason as to why I would go for it. let me start with the food. Their breakfast menu is so pathetic, I probably don't have words to describe. They took 15 min to bring one dosa. The dining room for breakfast was dull as if I am entering some cheap bar in Mumbai. It wasn't clean at all. Moment I entered, i saw that two of their items were empty. I immediately inform the hotel staff. Well, they never refilled it again. I guess, the hotel is good for them who are arriving late night at coimbatore and wanna take the early morning flight. As far as rooms are concerned, its decent enough for you to sleep for 01 night. Further, you will have to keep asking the room services to provide you with fresh towel, soap, etc. It wasn't there when I arrived at the hotel. Best part, no water bottles. The management need to understand that they are in service industry. I would never recommend anyone to stay in that hotel. Very poor experience.

I had organised THE ARCADIA to stay for my guests came from West Africa last week. During their stay, they enjoyed a very good service from the hotel including an excellent preparations of African food the way they wanted it. They thoroughly enjoyed friendliness of the staff and the nice ambiance of the hotel. After they went back to their country, they called me and expressed their happiness and said a very big THANK YOU to the entire team of THE ARCADIA.

Hiii....Am From Blore I Had Been On A Family Trip To Cbe...We Found That This Was The Best Hotel To Stay.....It Was A Good Experience,The Ambiance,The Staff All Were Co-Operative........Overall Its A Good Place To Stay For.......I Prefer U To Go for it...!!!!!
