This is the best place to stay in Blackpool without a doubt! Second time I have been here, once with a friend and again with hubby, loved every single minute, pure luxury, can’t wait for next visit, central for trams etc, breakfast is amazing, Steve and Elaine are lovely and nothing is too much trouble, room is spotlessly clean with so many extra touches that are lovely x

This was my first time at the Arthington. The service was excellent the rooms suberp and Elaine and Steve the proprietors couldnt do enough for us. They made us feel very welcome and the atmosphere was friendly and relaxing. The breakfast was outstanding. Needless to say we have booked again for next year. Thankyou Elaine and Steve for making our dtay special.

It's been a while since I have left a review on here, but we are on our way home and chatting about our couple of nights in this beautiful place, so thought we would let everyone know about our visit.
First things first , we was greeted by Steve with a warm welcome as he took out luggage for us and sat us in the bar while he talked us through check in.
The bar is great, really nice decor and a wide range of drinks at very reasonable prices.
We had also pre ordered afternoon tea which was prepared by Elaine, this is far by the best afternoon tea we have ever had, all very fresh and tasty.
Now onto the room, we was in room 7, it was absolutely beautiful with everything you need such as Wi-Fi, hair dryer , iron and ironing board, ear plugs, 32 inch tv, iPod docking station, towels, toiletries, dressing gowns, tea and coffee facilities- the list goes on and on. The king size bed is one of the comfiest we have ever slept it, and we had 2 really good night's sleep in there.
Ah the breakfast - where to start with this.
You will definatley not go away hungry after these breakfasts, whatever you pick from the menu. The dining room is full of fresh fruits, cereals, juices and yogurts and this is even before you order from the menu. One if first morning we both chose the full English with was so tasty and fresh and not greasy at all. Second morning we chose to have toasted bagel with eggs and sausages, equally as good as day one, so a huge credit to Elaine for creating such delicious food!
Now Steve and Elaine are an absolute cedit to the Arthington , such a kind and generous couple who will go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible , nothing is too much trouble.
They would sit with us while we was having a drink and give us some great tips as where the best places are to eat, or the cheapest ways to get around. They are also a down to earth couple who enjoy a good chat.
Me and my wife have said that when we return to Blackpool we will not stay anywhere else now apart from the Arthington.

you must stay here if your going to Blackpool, Steve and Elaine are brilliant hosts and everything is spotless, breakfast choice and quality was spot on, off street parking is also available, we will be back again next year.

We spent 4 nights in the Arthington and wish it was longer!!
From the moment we arrived we were made to feel so welcome, even though we arrived before check in Elaine took us through the check in process and allowed us to leave our bags. Upon returning to the hotel later we met Steve who showed us to our room (room 8). I was gobsmacked as it was stunning! All the little extra touches are what makes this hotel stand out from the rest and you can see how much love and pride both Elaine and Steve put into their business.
Breakfast is amazing! From a traditional english, eggs anyway you like in toast or bagels, waffles you name it it's on there! Steve always serves with a smile and the food is delicious, well done Elaine, taste and presentation is awesome!
We have travelled to Blackpool as a coupke for 10 years and have finally found "The One" in regards to hotel. Whenever we next return we'll definitely be staying in The Arthington and cannot wait!!
