The hotel must have been planned for being a luxurious stay. Rooms are big with separate sitting space. Service is excellent. Breakfast was OK.
Two things need to be taken care of - The corridors had peculiar smell which I didnt like, and the reception is under stair case.

We reached Cochin and wanted to stay at night and then move to Munnar. So overnight stay was at Center hotel. Average room. Extra bed was provided on request. Evening kids got bored as no games room for playing. They sat and watched tv. Wifi was not working. Breakfast was good

It's fantastic property. Very Clean and nicely maintained with easy accessibility, polite staff. Food is very tasty & good spread with options for Vegetarians as well including North Indian, Chinese stuff.
Need to seriously improve upon Wifi which is must for every customer now a days, especially Corporate clients and it is point of concern to be looked into by management.
Worth Staying for the Cost & Location.

The hotel is average , room is okay , wifi was not there. Toilets ok. Overall ambience is average . Staff is courteous. We did not taste the food. We were upset because the wifi facility was not working and it was resumed next day before we checked out. No games facility

Almost everything is fine. The place where conferences/meetings are held can be slightly more cleaner!!. Rest all is absolutely good..The location is great... the people are friendly...the service is great...
