wide range of facilities, like swimming pools , hot sping, DIY workshop etc. and it is a family friendly hotel, room is big enought for our 4 members family, and you would receive a gift voucher to redeem a kid set, its included milk powder, diapers and biscuits, so good.
great location with nice view, and its just beside American Village and the Aeon mall too, you can buy everything you need, so convenience.
but the hotel & room are really out-dated and dilapidated.

We had a really nice stay at this hotel. Our 2 year old daughter loved it.
The hotel is very baby and children friendly. They gave us a free gift of nappies, drinks and biscuits when we checked in.
The buffet breakfast was really nice with a wide selection.
The staff were nice and pleasant.
The rooms were quite basic but comfortable.
The location was really good and very close to the beach and the shops in the American Village.

Perfect location, less than one hour from hotel to the airport and about one hour from hotel to Ocean expo park, not to mention AEON mall is right behind it. You can walk from hotel to the beach or to the swimming and hot spring building easily and quickly. There is a small exit in the swimming area which allows you have access back and forth the beach. Hot spring here is another advantages, I and my wife really enjoyed it while kids played in the swimming pool. Breakfast buffet was very crowded, but the variety was OK and with some highlights, I was so impressed by the good quality beef and raw tuna. Lunch buffet was also good, if you sleep late or have an early flight to catch next day, you can change your breakfast to lunch, they provide free customized cocktail at lunch. Service was good, front desk can communicate in English. The room is spacious and with great views, though the hotel has opened for many years, the room still looks new and clean. Besides beach and swimming pool, the little animals fostered here is fun for kids.

Very nice hotel with a great location, very comfortable rooms, great staff, and fairly reasonable prices. A taxi from the Naha airport to Chatan area is going to cost you around $60-$75 one way so be prepared for it. There are no hotel shuttles.
This is a pretty big hotel with 19 something floors and many rooms on each floor. I had a nice ocean facing room (with a balcony) and my room was quite comfortable. All rooms have free wi-fi, and my room rate included a fabulous!! (almost too big) buffet breakfast.
The hotel does seem to be popular with large families and there are plenty of kids running around. The hotel's location is just awesome- right on the beach, and within very close walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in the American Village shopping area.
I reached the hotel very late - around 11.45pm (after a 25 hour flight) and all the restaurants in the hotel were closed by then. But fear not, there are a couple of cool japanese Izakaya (bars) within 10 minute walking distance and you will be sure to find food and drink up to 5.00am! And dont worry about walking around at night - it is really very safe in this whole area.
i have seen a lot of reviewers complain about this hotel being noisy and lots of kids etc. I dont see why anyone should complain? Its the same in Disney!! The common areas might be a bit loud - but its not like you hear screaming kids in your room or something! I really dont see anything to complain about.
I do have 2 main things to complain about though:
1. Elevators: There are only 4. When you need to come down for breakfast, you can be assured that the elevator is going to stop on every single floor. With 19 floors and dozens of rooms on each floor (and no option of using stairs), the elevators get crowded as hell.
2. Breakfast buffet: The buffet is fantastic and awesome!! But be prepared to stand in a 15-20 minute line - yes line - just to get in to the buffet rooms. There are 2 breakfast areas, but it seems like EVERYONE is at breakfast at the same time. And most families come with 2 parents, 2-3 kids, grandparents + other family members!
i stayed in the hotel for 4 nights and i tried going to breakfast at different times to see if it was less crowded at any time. But no - always crowded!! The hotel really needs to have a third breakfast area for single/business travelers or something (and with a smaller buffet selection perhaps)
Anyways, overall a pretty good experience.

Very nice hotel with a wide variety of rooms from very small to deluxe suites. Good breakfast buffet. Non-smoking hotel. Counter personnel are knowledgeable and friendly.
Located right on the beach with an excellent sunset view. Good shopping and restaurants in American Village right off the beach.
