Had a good stay overall.stayed room 3 .compact but all we needed.tv not working and sink not draining properley-told Danny barman.He could not do a lot as on his own but was very helpfully and got it sorted next day.Breakfast day 2 not ideal no heating no yoghurt no teaspoons and no staff anywhere !!one man cooking breakfast and doing as well as he could.he did address all issues above but would say a lovely place which could be fantastic.good luck to what I think are new owners.

Had a nice lunch . Would advise to book and have a early lunch as sold out of a couple of things . We ate in the nice back room . Nice staff . Few drinks in the front bar first . All in all nice afternoon nice pub in the village . Wife had a veggie dish . Wine list is ok as well not to expensive

As part of a party of 80 Scottish and Swedish singers who took over the entire hotel (and most of the village) we could have been rather a lot for the hotel to handle but the staff dealt with us with great charm and efficiency. Whatever demands we made of them they were always cheerfully polite and nothing seemed to phase them. The rooms were very comfortable and clean and the food was excellent. Well done! And thanks.

Our room was a good size with a four poster bed and an en-suite. The staff were very helpful and accommodating to us, we were on the way to a wedding and they helped us get a taxi. We ate some tasty sandwiches at the hotel before we went to the wedding. Breakfast was ok but the hash browns were a bit greasy and the sausages / mushroom were

Lovely environment. Our party comprised a 16day old baby in a pram and a 2 year old plus 3 adults and we were put in the dining room so had plenty of room. Food was good and the waiter, Jack, was excellent - very helpful and accommodating with awkward dietary requirements. A great time was had by all.
