Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights as part of a team building weekend for one of the companies I work with. WOW! We were spoiled rotten. The hotel is beautiful, staff is more than accommodating, and everything is just like a dream. The food is amazing. The drinks are amazing. The attention to detail and service are nonstop. After staying at the Beverly Hills Hotel, you’ll be spoiled for life and not want to stay anywhere else!

We have stayed at the hotel in the past. What draws us back is the history, the beauty ambience. We switched rooms a few times as the casita we requested wasn't available. The room
Was lovely and had a pergola and was modern, clean and spacious. The cleaning crew moved the clear heavy scale into the restroom. Because it is clear one would walk right into it at night which i did. I was positive I broke two toes. So much for our big shopping trip. My foot was in flip flops and is still Bandaged a month later. My foot still hurts. I really smacked it in the middle of the night. They must have moved it there to clean the floor as one couldn't assess the toilet if it was there. Oh well. The hotel is lovely. We had a good time.

It's been a few years since I last was here. This recent visit was a reminder of why the Beverly Hills Hotel is such a deeply pleasurable experience. The ambiance is fabulous and the hotel is charm epitomized. The service also is top notch -- from the minute you pull up at the portico to when you check out, the level of polish and guest-centric approach of the hotel shines through. Also loved the room and balcony (101) which was comfortable and well-appointed. The hotel deserves every bit of its iconic status as one of the classic great hotels of the world.
P.S. An LA colleague said staying here was staid and old fashioned and that one should go to the more trendy joints with rooftop pools, etc. Been there, done that...he just doesn't get it and they don't compare!

Can’t wait to go back. It’s like stepping back in time. The rooms the staff and service are all wonderful a very special place to visit I couldn’t fault it and could have stayed a lot longer. Thank you

We returned with fond memories of our last visit to this wonderful place. Ever been somewhere and wondered would it be as good as last time, well, no worries with this place, still great. I am getting better at figuring out what makes this place so great. It is the people who work there and how they view their jobs and how management helps them do great work. So again, my favorites are the service and the food. Just when I think the food cannot be any better, they surprise me with new wonderful dishes plus some old favorites. The chefs and his staff are doing a great job. The servers and the rest of the staff at the hotel are wonderfully helpful and always close by to assist you in any way they can. We had just the best time here again and look forward to returning soon. Just love it here, what more can I say.
