What a wonderful bed and breakfast this is,as a solo traveler I couldn't have wished for a more perfect place to stay in Torquay, plenty of parking outside where my car stayed for the two days I visited as I was walking this was great for me, on my arrival I was greeted by Sarah who showed me to my room, a double on the first floor, a lovely decorated room which offered so much, a wonderful comfy double bed, a good hot shower with toiletries, a vast amount of nice towels which is so welcome, good cupboard space also a tv, kettle with sundries and wifi but this was a wee bit hit and miss in this room so I chose to sit in the lounge area where the connection was stronger to connect, also a communal fridge is provided outside the room to use, a thoughtful touch.
Breakfast served by Rick was a joy to look forward to, the breakfast offered was amazing and the full english was plentiful and very tasty along with the cafeteria of coffee, although so much more on the menu if you so wished.
I found this b&b very accommodating, the owners Rick and Sarah genuinely took an interest in your stay and provided good information to make your stay the best it could be, which for me it was so thank you both, I look forward to visiting again.

Excellent atmosphere. Great Local Food. Nothing too much trouble for Rick and Sarah. Very quiet and close to sea front. Paignton, Brixam, Goodrington Sands, all very near. Will Definitely be staying again.

Just spent the weekend in Torquay staying at this lovely Bed and Breakfast.
Plenty of parking on arrival and courteously greeted by Sarah who then showed us to our room.
The room was spotlessly clean and appeared newly decorated. The bed was very comfy and new looking and had good quality bedding.
The ensuite was small but immaculate with nice fluffy towels and some good quality toiletries. The shower was powerful and easy to operate.
The breakfast in the morning was a dream with just about everything you could possibly want and more. Rick took our orders in a very friendly and professional manner and it arrived quickly on hot plates and was beautifully cooked.
This was our first trip to Torquay and we thoroughly enjoyed every minute. We will defintely be returning to the Brandize.

We stayed in the Brandize the weekend. We booked all the rooms, and took it over! Rick and Sarah were most accommodating. The rooms are all recently refurbished. Lovely and clean. Nothing was too much trouble for them . Lovey breakfast too.
I hope we can all meet up there again next year.

The Brandize is a very nice bed and Breakfast. Rick was very friendly, Breakfast perfect .room nice and clean. Rick even drove us down to station on our last day. Thank you. If we come back we will definety stay again.
